What are the costs of debt collection?
Nowadays, the cost structure of consumer and corporate debt collection is prescribed clearly in the Debt Collection Act. It is not permitted to engage in free debt collection. This means that the debt collection fees imposed by the Debt Collection Act must be considered in the pricing between the debt collection agency and the client. We only charge our fee for a successful debt collection.
