If you cannot pay an invoice you received from us or an instalment agreed with us by the due date, please contact our customer service without delay. In most cases, we can postpone your payment or divide the sum into several instalments, depending on your situation. As usual, even under these exceptional circumstances it is important to contact us before the due date specified in our letter. After the due date, your debt may be forwarded to judicial recovery, in which case our customer service cannot agree on the arrangements as flexibly as before.
